This week's gymnastics workout video comes from the first annual Region 3 college bound camp. Region 3 camp director Heather Schnelzer spearheaded the idea to bring in college coaches in an informal training camp setting to get their Region 3 girls recruited for and informed about collegiate gymnastics. The girls were showing their best stuff as college coaches looked on. While many of the gymnasts are into their offseason summer training, Mack Brannan of Capital and Braie Speed of OHG are in the heart of the elite season and will be competing this weekend at the 2010 CoverGirl Classic and then on to the US Championships from there.
